Underwrites Life and Disability applications within authority limits, assessing medical and financial risk. Ability to Approve, Decline, or Postpone both Life and Disability applications. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, and maintain professional relationships. Manage assigned workload meeting production and time service standards.

Support the Placement Director in mentoring and developing the placement team. Manage daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflows and processes. Support the creation, oversight, and reporting on the metric-based Lamb Quoting System. Analyze market trends and carrier capabilities to identify opportunities and risks, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers.
